Obituary of Bill Lewis Ogan
Mr. Bill Lewis Ogan age 88 of Tazewell was born June 19, 1929 and passed away on April 9, 2018 at the Claiborne County Medical Center . He was a very faithful member of the Midway Baptist Church where he also served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher. He very proudly served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He retired from the Claiborne County Utility District after 37 years of service. He had a passion for working on the farm and the great outdoors.

Brothers: John, JT and Bob Ogan
Twin Sister: Lois Ogan
Sister: Bonnie Louthner
He is survived by his:
Daughters: Janet Charles
Linda Cupp and husband Terry
Grandson: Jamie Charles
Sister: Betty Neely
Several nieces and nephews and host of other loving friends and family.
The family will receive friends Wednesday April 11, 2018 from 5 till 7 PM with funeral services to follow at 7PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Pressnell and Rev. Kenny Trent officiating. Music will be provided by Chelsea Pressnell Estes and Janice Derreberry.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday April 12, 2018 at 10 AM in the Fairview Cemetery.
